Petal Apron

My sister made this apron and I am the model! She is making it for an auction that will raise money for a domestic violence shelter. You can read my sister’s story at  Artquiltmaker Blog. You can also get the direct information from the CraftSanity blog.

Snap!!!!

These snaps are also from Tuesday Mornings shopping trip. I like the container almost as much as these Making Memories Jewel Tone Snaps.

A Super Deal

Last night I went to Berkeley to have dinner with my mom.(she has a great blog) We went to Tuesday Morning the second hand / over stock store. They sometimes have good deals on scrapbook stuff. Here is the deal of the decade. This organizer cabinet was at Micheal’s for over $100. I got it for $29.99 Yes $29.99

Unfortunately It had to come out of the box to fit in smarty pants… So It will be heading south to the studio tommorrow

An Electrifying new idea……

These are from the 2010 Decorator Showcase house I am currently on-site at in San Francisco. Check out the link buy some tickets or donate. It’s a great case for education in the bay area. But, back to my photo….

I met a man on the plane last Sunday who’s wife is going to give me wind chime making lessons using old knob & tubes from the house. So stay posted and the future will bring us some beautiful music from these recycled gems…

Kit of the Month – March 2010

Today the kit of the month came. The theme is birthday.
It has a pennant birthday sign with a great small 5 page fold-over mini album.

When I get them finished I will post them( Hopefully later this week!

It’s a Friday

In retrospect, I find that I am more creative when I spend a considerable amount of my time quiet. I have created and posted more in the last two weeks than ever. It like my creative brain has found it’s voice. It’s talking & it won’t shut up. Yeah!!!
